I think this double page spread from Glamour magazine is very effective as it is exactly what the audience group will want to read. The spread shows the latest fashion trends and how to piece outfits together for different times of the day. Also, current and popular models have been pictured wearing similar outfits to what's being advertised which will influence the readers to want to buy them more. This gives the impression to readers that they could look as good as the models do. The layout of the page looks very busy although at the same time is very simple and easy to read as the background colour and font is plain.

Conventions- Double Page Spread
I am finally going to research three different double page spreads from fashion magazines to gain more ideas.

This is good work - but can you be more specific please and relate these deconstructions back to your own product - discuss specific elements or conventions you would like to use in your own product and why - also please discuss anything that you dislike and say why you would choose not to use those particular conventions.
